Client X creates truly unforgettable annual events to cement client relationships

On the Grid for Monaco

2022 promised to continue the success of previous ventures in Paris and Las Vegas, and Client X turned to 1331 Events to ensure the client event designed around the Monaco Grand Prix was unforgettable.

The four-day event took place in May 2022, with a private charter from Farnborough airport and qualifying delegates staying in a Chateau hired exclusively for the group. Guests enjoyed the GP weekend from a private yacht in the marina.

Deliverables

End-to-end event management from initial venue find through to post-event survey and everything in between. Air travel and airport transfers, event app creation and management, pre-event delegate comms, optional activity choices, exclusive yacht hire, helicopter transfers and full on-site event management.

Plans are underway to extend the qualification period to 12 months, and to hold the next event in Summer 2024. Ever since Paris, resellers have requested that Client X continues to hold its annual event. Client X believes it is one of the reasons it is being put further on the map for their client businesses, and keeps them coming back.
