Floreat hosts luxury event to showcase stunning office renovations
Floreat are an independent, privately-held investment group responsible for managing substantial wealth and providing private office services for select clients. With a strong interest in art amongst the senior management team and their client base, Frieze Week was a perfect opportunity to combine art, entertaining and the launch of a revamped office.

Floreat, who had recently renovated their beautiful central London office, came to 1331 Events for help with hosting a high-end corporate drinks party to showcase the space and some of the spectacular artworks within it.

Deliverables
1331 provided end-to-end event management and made recommendations on which suppliers the client should use to provide their discerning guests with an experience to match the fabulous new surroundings of the office. A high-end London caterer was chosen to provide a varied selection of delicious canapés, served alongside Laurent-Perrier champagne. A florist was hired and briefed to cultivate a clean, simple and modern looking floral component which would complement the space whilst not detracting from the artwork. 1331 hired in security for the evening, to prevent uninvited guests entering the space and maintain the exclusive feel a luxury event demands, and also to ensure the valuable artwork was protected.
1331 also provided full guest list management throughout the process, sending all the invitations out via the client’s mail system and keeping Floreat regularly updated on the RSVPs. On the night itself, all the data was loaded on to a user-friendly registration app so that the door hostesses were able to check guests into the event seamlessly.
Results
The party was a great success with everyone commenting on the delicious catering and how well the office space worked to host such an event. With 182 people in attendance, the client was delighted with the turnout and the buzz the event generated.
