PepsiCo achieves a 100% turnout at their partnership celebration event

The long-standing partnership between PepsiCo and Britvic hadn’t been commemorated in a number of years due to COVID-19 – an evening of celebration between the two global brands was long overdue.

Synonymous with the brand, a contemporary and iconic venue choice was key

PepsiCo approached 1331 Events to help them find the perfect venue to host this important festive celebration and to orchestrate all the moving parts of the event seamlessly. With just six short weeks to pull the event together and deliver it to the fixed date of December 2nd, they knew 1331 Events could rise to the challenge.

Deliverables

Whilst PepsiCo managed the invitation process, 1331 Events set about scouring all the potential venue options they knew in central London which could meet the brief and provide a wow factor event. The View from The Shard was chosen as the perfect fit. 1331 then set about sourcing the right caterer for the festive meal, worked with a florist so the table centres reflected the PepsiCo brand, created bespoke cocktails incorporating PepsiCo and Britvic products for before and after dinner, managed lighting, production, entertainment and created all the branded and themed assets for the evening from menus, table numbers, escort cards and place cards to a fully branded reception desk.

Results

The evening was a spectacular success with the choice of venue contributing to an unheard of 100% attendee turnout on the night.
